Job Placement
Job Placement Services
Coast Trucking School seeks both to produce high-quality, highly employable driver candidates and to facilitate their employment as commercial truck drivers. Students may schedule individual job placement advisory appointments with Coast Trucking School personnel to discuss their specific situation and employment goals. All guidance is premised on the student’s truthful disclosure of any criminal history, driving record issues, or negative work history.
Students who complete the program receive advice and guidance through the job application process, including identifying employers for whom the student may be an appropriate candidate. Available assistance includes preparation for employment interviews, job orientation guidance, facilitation of meetings with trucking company recruiters seeking entry-level drivers, and the provision of contact information for additional appropriate employers.
Please note that many factors beyond the knowledge or control of Coast Trucking School may affect an employer’s hiring decision. Accordingly, employment for every graduate cannot be guaranteed.
Students who complete the program but are found to have secured admission based on untruthful or inaccurate information may be deemed ineligible for job placement assistance or employment support.
